"Worst company on the planet avoid them at all cost. Myself and partner purchased a phone and never received it, we’ve been calling and emailing without a response. Went into the store and they told us someone will investigate and no one has come back to us. We are going in again today. It’s been over a month. A completely useless company"
"I bought an apple watch 8 watch as a gift for my wife. She opened it at home, a small scratch was found on the back side. She did not want such a watch, it should not be so. But the store did not want to accept or exchange. They told me to write directly to Apple. But dear shop! It's your problem that you sold me a substandard product. And you have to solve it, by replacement or return! Get with Apple on your own! This is not a problem! One star for you, but if I could, I would put zero! UPD I think i`ll continue to defend my rights under the law!"
"They have most of new models and even define interesting offers. However the way the phones are locked to the support, makes them impossible to move and hold on your hands properly. I also noticed that half of the products were missing the price info. Curiously the newer models ( iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Max) had price for the different versions, but the basics and older (iPhone 14, 13, 12 Pro...) No specs or price at sight. Then moving to the corner there were selves full with phones in offer... BUT you could only see the box, not the model inside. Summary: there were a few people inside and probably if I'd had asked, someone would have helped me, showed the phones in offer, the specs, let me test them on my hands, etc... But the customer experience going on my own wasn't that great. I felt I needed to ask for nearly anything."
"DON’T BUY in this store unless you are 100% sure. Their policy is to take advantage of customers if there is an issue. Bought a mini iPad and pen €825. Changed my mind 9 days later. Asked for refund. They deducted €82 as a penalty. SERIOUSLY……"
"Went into the store to buy a screen protector for my iPhone. IT was not as described as on the packaging and under the sale of good and supply of service act of 1980. I should have being aloud to get a refund. The person in the store wouldn’t give me a refund for it. As I opens it. I also left my number on Saturday for a call back of them manger and never got one. I tried calling multiple time but the phone wasn’t answered"
