"Excellent company. Their online Parts database is up to date, and very user friendly. I rang ahead to confirm my part for my oven, and found their staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a public trade counter at their Warehouse where you can pay with cash or card upon confirming your part is in stock if online ordering isn't your thing. They had my part waiting for me behind the counter, it took less than 2 minutes. A very wide range of spares for all types of white goods....just ask, and they'll be happy to help. I can see myself returning here in the future on the basis that I can get probably 99% of my spares on demand."
