"Superb service! had a letter to say my car was being recalled due to a faulty part, car was collected, fixed, a complimentary health check was done, a video sent to me with the results of the test and the car was valeted and dropped back to me. It was a great surprise and they really went above and beyond what was expected. Also a Special mention to Alex who's customer service was second to none and followed the transaction through, being my main contact from the moment he picked up the call at the start to dropping the car off to me at the end.
