"Book online on their website, you get email confirmation. You get a text early am on the day (with door code + code for locker to drop your keys), you are expected to drop off your car outside unit 9 in parking bays (early 8/9am if you booked service and MOT). You can walk to Asda or MacDonald or Matalan or M&S nearby (5-10 mins walking distance) and you will get a text when car is ready to collect + details of how to pay online (if not pre-paid). Definitely recommend and I will use them every time going forward."

"I dropped my car in to have the aircon regassed. Later that day i received an email saying that they had changed the oil in my car. When pushed they admitted that they had put the wrong oil into my car (that was there to have the aircon regassed). they did eventually put the correct oil into my car and regas the aircon. It took them 2 days to do this. awful, it would have been easier to do it myself. Edit: I see the garage have responded and misrepresented the issue. They put 5w40 synth c1 into a 5w40 synth c3 engine. The issue was never the weight, it was the grade. That just proves my point. And remember; they were there to regas the aircon."
