Via phone calls, emails and in person..Leah answered all my questions and put me at ease about turning up to collecting my car afterwards...I was impressed by how quickly they fitted my car in, and how smooth the whole process was. His prices are very reasonable and I am completely confident in his work as he has looked after my cars for so many years and they have never failed.
