"What a useless service, book elsewhere if you planning do anything else on the day, they take booking for time slot but they will ask you keep the car with them instead, so you stuck if you have any other plan on the day. I booked 9:30 am slot but on arrival they said it work like that as they don’t have enough staff, why take booking then, waste of my time, never again , I booked next day with kwik fit , job done within an hour."
"Just wanted to say a big thanks to the guy who checked my battery for my Ford Kuga yesterday, very professional and speedy service, great advice too. I tried my local Ford dealer where the car is serviced every year and they just didn’t want to know.
