"I arranged to have a starter motor replaced with this company on Monday and was told it could be done on the next day, I then waited 2 days with no response. I notified the company that the job needed to be done ASAP as I use the car for work and was told the job could definitely be done that day. Once I did call to ask when the job could be done, I was told that it could be done after “1 MOT” had been done and that was at 12:50pm on Thursday. I had to call the company again to be told that he was in the barbers and still hadn’t done the initial MOT that needed doing. I then told the company not to worry about the job as I had been let down numerous times and said I would leave a bad review and I was then told “not to act tough” over text as “I didn’t know them”… this is a highly unprofessional company and wouldn’t recommend using them."

"I had all four of my wheels refurbished to get rid of a bit of kerb rash on three of them, plus one of the rears was straightened, having been knocked slightly out of shape by a pothole. The service took three days: wheels collected monday morning, delivered and fitted wednesday afternoon. The wheels were collected and delivered by Jamie, who was professional and good to deal with. I was super pleased with the results: the refurbished wheels look like new, and the ride is improved significantly by having fixed the off-round rear. The job was done on time, with no surprises. Delivery was a little late, but I could tell it was a busy day. A minor suggestion would be that it would be nice to have the option to leave the car with the company while the wheels are off -- perhaps for a small charge. Although it was absolutely fine, the car felt a bit exposed, left on the street jacked up and with no wheels."
