"Been using and recommending this garage for years, but a recent experience has left a bitter taste. Took my car in for an oil and filter change and on checking the oil level a week later, it has been over filled by a liter. I had to drain the excess oil myself as, when I phoned to garage to query it, I was told it doesn't matter and the implication was that I was a liar, as the owner/mechanic stated he did not believe that he would have over filled it by that much. This does not only show shoddy workmanship and lack of attention to detail, but also bad customer service. I will never visit this garage again and definitely not recommend him to anyone again."
