"Not the worst but not that great... I've been to John a couple of times in the past and he did a good job. Then I had a service recently, and he failed to notice the reat windscreen wiper wasn't working, so it remained broken even after I'd paid for a service. When I pointed this out he got a bit moody and wasn't helpful when I tried to arrange a time to bring the car back in. I don't go to a mechanic to be treated like royalty, but I would like my car to be safe on the road."
