"Friendly, helpful EVEN when they were super busy. I called as my window had fallen inside my door on my way to work when it was -3 degrees!! Ray jumped to my aid, managed to pull the window out and then fashioned some wooden blocks to jam it permanently up and closed. We are now waiting on the part but I can't tell you how amazing Ray was.
