"Went in for a wheel bearing repair. Initially, noise was coming from rear drivers side only, at the time, they called and suggested that it was too noisy to hear which side required repairing, suggesting both needed replacing, which I thought was a bit odd, 16 years of driving, never had nor had heard it is common for both to go at the same time, my car was due for MOT where the tester advised one side of the wheel bearing was recently replaced, the other was noisy and had not been changed for years. I phoned the owner, he insisted that both wheel bearings were changed at the time. My experience with the garage has not been great, you would think they are someone you can trust. clearly not. —— Edit: why change your review after 3 years later accusing me of reviewing the wrong business?? I reviewed the correct business and have lived in brighton for over 20 years. My experience with you hasn’t changed 3 years later, you said both wheel bearings were noisy and could not even tell which one was faulty, nonsense, if you put it up on the ramp and spun the both wheels and did the diagnostic properly, you would have been able to hear which side was faulty. You clearly didn’t do that. I took it to another garage who showed me the faulty one looks relatively old compared to the other. If you changed both bearings at the time, why would the condition of the bearings look significantly different?! Clearly charged for 2 bearings and only changed one! My advice to anyone is still to steer clear."

"I can’t recommend B&H Motors enough ! I have been using this garage now for a few months and normally deal with Barish who is fantastic ! he got me in at short notice to do a oil leak on my previous car and is very quick and coming back to you with quotations. I took my car in for 2 coil spring replacements 2 top mounts and 2 new track rod ends recently - I dealt with Rob on this occasion who was again fantastic !
