"I've visited twice and both times the dining area was dirty and my order was made wrong. The order was corrected but this is frustrating. Both visits staff moral seemed low."
"Avoid! Not great service, place is filty dirty, the unit itself is extremely dated with menus and sings are falling off the wall. The whole place needs a face lift. It's doesn't even feel like a supermacs, feels like a cheap knock off!"

"Went here with my boyfriend , he got a snack box and the chicken was gone off , the smell of it , it was obvious it was gone off , she kindly refunded our money but didnt apologise and didnt stop selling the chicken , it should have been take off and tested , this can cause food poisoning ."
"It's so funny when staff say bad things about customers in another language thinking none of them will understand. The Brazilian staff (woman) of this place, rude by the way, besides doing that, if you order something deep fried, she gives you raw. How difficult is it to leave the french fries 2 minutes longer? Just a tip dear brazilian girl, no one is to be blamed for your unhappiness, so don't talk bad things about customers to your colleague and also serve according to what the customer asked and not the other way. The food is not free. In response to the email you sent me, it was the same day that I posted here and the product has already been mentioned above as well."
