"I've got to say the food is really nice from here I am a big fan of their burgers, Chicken Shawarma, and certainly their fried chicken. The last order I had we ordered for a family of 5 adults and 1 child, and everyone said the said that their food was hot and fresh, the only disappointment was the chips were slightly undercooked and a bit soggy just needed a bit longer then they would have been perfect. Always deliver on time or earlier than expected. The only reason I didn't award them the full 5 stars is they need to be better at customer service skills and interacting more with customers they really lack skill in this department and considering I work in the food industry myself, I know for a fact they are badly lacking at this. However I still rate Kings as one of the best in my top 5 takeaways in Stoke on Trent."
