"Used these guys for over 13 years. Placed an order tonight, told 30 minutes and £9.60. Hour later no food. Called, told no order was placed, they would get the order done immediately and despatched told £9.80. Driver turned up and demanded £10 from my 12 year old daughter. Feel like I'm quibbling over pennies but pretty sure if I'd have gone to the door the right amount would of been requested! This is the 3rd order "not received" note. Don't know what's going on with this place but its going down bank, missed orders , chicken not what it used to be etc etc. Won't be ordering from them again! Shame as they used to be really good."
"So after seeing the 4 star rating we decided to try it , wish i never bothered, should hav just put my 20 quid in the bin, where the food went! lemon & herb chicken was so lemony you was unable to taste an herb, boil in the bag peri rice which was tasteless. really disappointed. Will not order again"
