Seriously, what other takeaway can you order washing up liquid and nappies with your kebab? Grocery delivery is a genius idea. Food portions are plentiful and the range of offers bring value for money."

"Worst service going.. I waited nearly hour and a half for 1 pizza... and they told me they were having problems but it was on route.. the drive is like 5-10 mins away. If it is on route if doesn't take like 15-20 mins... it came cold and they didn't care enough to tell me and the guy literally knew who delivered it.. I could just tell by how he was. If you want cold food and bad service oder from here.. but I know I won't again."

"So I ordered burger and chips with the cheese sauce and the cheese sauce was sour. Called again to make a complaint they didn't really care basically called me a lier but gave me a poor replacement anyway. I gave the driver back the oder that was not right to show that I had not tried ro get free food and he chucked it all over my road ! Shame there is not an opinion to upload the pictures! Poor customer services. Horrible drivers ! Avoid at all cost the name isalso under tight bite"

"What a shame about this place, I have ordered of them religiously for years, when it used to be Tunstal Pizzeria. The food was cheap and incredible, no grease, pizzas were amazing kebabs were even better... Over the last 4 months we have been having food it's just got worse and worse and worse, pizza bases are so thin that when you pull the crust it just rips off, the kebab we had recently, the box was literally 2cm deep in grease, I genuinely felt so sick after eatting the food because of the quantity of grease. Prices have gone up to a ridiculous level, I mean I know that prices have gone up everywhere and to be honest I would of happily paid today's prices for the old fashioned Tunstall Pizzeria Pizzas and Kebabs but the food now is poor quality. When the sugar donuts first come out we ordered them and we bought 4 of them. 2 of these donuts had beard hair in the chocolate sauce but never complained because it was a one off, then the next time we ordered we again had hair in the donuts, so from there I have never ordered them since and just stuck to the pizzas... But now even the pizzas are sub par. Its astonishing to see that this place not long ago was running for the best pizzas in Stoke On Trent... Now I would rate them some of the worst food in Stoke on Trent... Don't know what's happened to the place, don't know why it's now called Tiger Bite but ever since it's become tiger bite... The food has been ruined. What a shame. I have spent literally £20 a week every week for the last 2 years but there is nothing so sure I will never order from here again.."
