"Worst service ever. Made a order via just eat. Order stated delivered. But not delivered. Rang store. They just laughed and made me wait over half an hour before I rang again and eventually spoke to the manager. They couldn't cancel my order or give me my money back. Absolute joke. I have to go through the app. 1 hour later food was apparently on its way. Joke is I only live in blythe bridge. Worst service ever. Don't order from here."

"Used this place for years. Issues previously been resolved. Tonight however is different. Ordered as normal through the app. Collected the pizza, got home and realised it was wrong order. Called up, first time the call was answered and them immediately put on hold. Second time, young lady answered. It was explained and after speaking to her manager, apparently nothing could have been done about it unless I either ordered again or went back to shop and showed them proof of the order on my app. For £5.99 it wasn’t worth my Saturday evening or the drive to the shop to argue the case and then wait 15 mins for a new order when the rest of my families food was ready to eat. Hats off to the arrogant manager who refused to help a loyal customer. Won’t be returning !! Can’t believe with all the negative reviews your still open. Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t a priority"

"I don't mind the price increases, I understand businesses after to pay it to, but a £1.99 delivery charge I don't understand, why don't they just put the price increase on the products. They’ve even got a nerve to send you an email after you’ve ordered to tip the driver. What I don’t like is the pizzas have now been compromised, Dominoes used to have the nicest tomato base sauce around now they’re obviously scrimping and putting less sauce on, I think one of our pizzas didn’t have any on at all. So, with the price increase and poor-quality pizzas I will not be using Dominoes again. Welcome to Rip off Britain Dominoes"

"Absolutely shocking service. We purchased 7 large pizzas and 11 sides for a small new years eve gathers to thank our volunteers for there hard work. After 50 minutes, 3 pizzas arrived and nothing more. We rang up to complain ,they said they would be arriving shortly after...we said this wasn't acceptable and asked for the whole order to be redone ( 3 pizzas recooked to add to the rest ) they refused. We tried give these pizzas back to the driver who refused to accept them. We asked to speak with a manger on the phone who simply was not helpful at all and said the rest of the order was 5 minutes away..... 20 minutes the order turned up. We told them we wanted our food in one complete order fresh and hot or a refund. After continuing to argue over the phone they refused to do it, so requested a full refund of the £100+ order as they simply refused to complete the agreed transaction as promised. They told us to give the 3 pizza's back....upon the rest of the order arriving, the driver refused to take the pizzas back nor take the rest of the order back. He left them on our steps and went. Upon checking the order one item was short AND the food was barely warm. We tried to ring again to complain but our calls were ignored. We waited and waited for someone to come and collect the order...no one else turned up despite them saying they would... Absolutely ruined evening...thankfully a local independent pizza takeaway was able to save our night. The pizzas were not consumed and have not been used by us... if my refund is not in my account within 5 working days as promised then this complaint will be escalated further, as will the videos we took of how rude your delivery drivers are. Disgusting and unprofessional After many years of being a customer."
