"There was more staff than customers and they still couldn't get it right. Staff was more interested in talking than working. Completely forgot 1 persons food and took 45 minutes to bring it after being asked for it several times. And then when it was finally ready we watched as it sat by the service window for a good couple minutes while FoH talked with the "chefs", and then had the gall to ask if we still even wanted it. Not a single staff member asked about the food after it was dropped off which would have prompted them to fix this error but no, we had to basically beg for it. You can't charge what's being charged there for food and have service that bad. It also doesn't make you feel good to pay almost 20 euro for a pizza that's being made by teenagers. If you're gonna exploit the minimum wage of teenage workers at least have the decency to properly train them or at least have more than 1 manager on to fix the plethora of mistakes being made. Point blank do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else."

"First person who met us was a long haired lady in green at the front door, very unpleasant woman didn’t make us feel welcome at all. A girl called Kerrie looked after us and she lifted back up the mood she was very professional! Food was tasty kitchen done a good job!"

"5 stars to the lovely waiter who served us today. 0 stars to the manager wearing a teal dress and red lanyard who berated him multiple times in front of customers. The waiter (who was working on the floor by himself with at least 10 tables) never stopped once and did a great job serving us during our meal. A pity management in Milanos don’t show their staff decent human respect. So off-putting to see such unjustified treatment of staff and definitely won’t be coming back."

"Poor service 3 of our foods arrived together and then waited 10 minutes for the 4th person dinner and then had to ask 10 minutes later for the 5th person’s dinner. Really bad, as we didn’t eat together and the final dinner was cold. We got desert but they didn’t bring our tea and hot chocolate, just wanted to leave at that point. Then we got charged for the hot chocolate and tea even though we didn’t receive it. I had to tell them about it, then they sent us another bill. Staff Lacking guidance and no leadership there. Very disappointing!"
