Base Wood Fired Pizza Stillorgan , Dublin, County Dublin A94 HX05

"Based on recommendations I ordered and collected a pizza from base wood pizza in Stillorgan. If you want gastro enteritis this is the place for you. The base of the pizza was soggy and the vegetables were undercooked No chicken or hardly any as ordered. Without a doubt one of the worst pizzas I have tasted. Half of the pizza was eaten by my sister and myself. The other half ended up in the bin. Not cheap for this experience. Cheaper and more enjoyable would have been to go around the corner to the Donnybrook fair for a pizza or Tesco’s finest pizza. Sorry to say but I will not be going back."

"Just got a midweek treat of 1 small pizza & 1 side. The quality has gone altogether with Base pizza. My pizza came with no tomato sauce, since when or even how does a pizza chef make a pizza with no sauce. Couldn't eat it, was terrible. Ruined my dinner Pizza to thin, not cooked enough. Disgusting. I don't think I'll be back."

"Am disappointed, I ordered, okay it was delivered on time, but very poor quality, the person who took my order promised it was inclusive of chips, but it wasn't the case, it was too cold and thin, burnt. I ordered for chicken pizza but I hardly tasted any chicken on the pizza, save for what appeared like mashed beef, I didn't know what I was eating. The quality is poor, and the price high. Please go through the reviews even of like two or three years ago, even recent, many customers are complaining. Do something about it please. Be just and fair to your customers. If the problem is with orders, then I'll come taste it right there because there are those who say good stuff. But it is my first and last time to make an order online."

"Ordered 5 pizzas (3 large & 2 small), 4 dips and 5 cans of lemonade, at a total of €92. It was very disappointing, quality was very poor - ridiculously thin and falling apart and one pizza was well overdone. We used to order from Terenure for years and they were excellent but the quality has gone downhill considerably and not worth the money anymore. For the cost saving initiatives being taken it will cost you your customers sadly"

"A massive quality drop. Clearly inexperienced staff. Way too thin; coloured on one side and undercooked on the other. No basil on a margherita. And 15.50 euros for that… Won’t be back until you get back on track."
