"Visited Dante's in Blanch with my son today. I orderd garlic bread and a 14" Pizza; I asked the waitress if pepperoni could only be on half the Pizza. The waitress explained this option is only available for takeaway as the restaurant was too busy (1.30 pm Saturday afternoon) looked around, and the restaurant was only half filled DUH, what's the difference if it was a takeaway or sitting in? it's the same kitchen and same chef. We left and went across to Milanos Pizza, where they could facilitate our simple request."

"The worst customer service ever. We went to the Blanch Dante's/Mao where there were 4 empty tables and the person in charge with sitting the customer told us to come back in 40 minutes to try again as they are busy and understaffed and they don't take bookings. We asked if they will have a table in 40 min and we were told they cannot garantee it and we'll just have to try again. I've asked why we can't we use the available tables if they are not booked and the staff said that they have to wait to see if the people that previously asked for a table (they don't take any names down to keep you a table) will return and why are we asking for this because that is the rule made by the management. Never heard of this before, other restaurants will take your name down and a phone no and call when they have a free table. We asked to see a manager and we were told they don't have a manager and that's why they are understaffed. I've asked for the staff name and we were told her name is Aideen. We've been there previously and the staff was lovely. Our group of 8 went to a different restaurant and had a great service."

"Overrated. The “house special” inferno pizza was unremarkable with very plain and soft dough (not as advertised on website photos). The wings were good but no sauce provided as standard (and frankly for €16.95 takeaway you would receive a blue cheese or barbecue sauce). No sauce provided with chips either. No napkins despite requesting on ordering. Pizza box arrived soaked in grease which rubbed off on clothes. Annoying and careless. An outfit pretending to be premium with prices not reflected in the product and couldn’t be bothered."

"Manager refused to allow my teenage daughter and her two friends dine in said it was there policy that they had to be with an adult no sign up stating this and nothing on the website. What more annoying is that they have dined here before without any issues. Girls went over to Milano were they were treated like a customer should be."

"I've consistently tried most of their pizzas at this stage and enjoyed all of them in a way or another. Very interesting toppings mixes and stays really fresh when ordering for collection. I've had issues with other places as the bottoms can get soggy, but Dante's is always perfect. They've great online deals and discounts as well!"
