"The worst food ever, i whouldn’t waste my money again with pizza hut, the food arrrived bit warm instead hot then the taste is awful. For some reason pizza was full of oil and less chesse than normal. I whouldn’t recommend pizza hut again"

"Placed an order for delivery , and to pay with cash on delivery. That was fine and got an email to confirm my order. Then I get a phonecall to ask me to pay by card, when I said I couldn't they cancelled my order. Why have the option to pay with cash if you don't accept it. Said it was unsafe for the driver to accept cash. Then just don't have it as an option when you get to the end of your order. Waisting my time and yours"

"Told on email food should be ready shortly. Left and ended up waiting over fifteen minutes. When got food, wings were not ready. Waited another five minutes and decided to take rest of food and leave wings as food was getting cold. One staff member rudely said "are you serious " instead of apologising. Paid my money, lad on cash register complained short on change. When I got home I discovered all food was already cold, only five minute journey. Also food that was already prepared is constantly reopened by staff members as they are unsure of what is in the boxes. Label the food please."

"I clearly saw the reviews and yet went on to order pizza today from them. Guess what- they proved me right for the poor reviews they hold on Google and just eat. Totally unprofessional and extremely rude staff members. Please get some peace and learn to be customer friendly!"

"I had a very bad experience tonight around 9 pm, I was there with my son who is 3 years old, to order a tear and share pizza, they told me it will take 10 to 15 min, I payed and left! I went to the take away next door to order a kebab as well, after I collect the kebab went back for pizza, 18 minutes have past, went into the shop nobody asked me nothing for few minutes, is a Tuesday night, was not busy, me and my son we were the only people in the store, and didn't look busy for delivery as well ! I called the guy from the till and ask if is ready, he went to see and never come back to let me know, I called him again ,and he told me I need to wait a few more minutes, I was thinking is in the oven and it will be ready quick! Then I noticed the guy from till he only start to prepare my pizza, at this moment was over 30 minutes and still no pizza I decided to ask my money back ,after some argue they give it to me! Went home and I had to reheat the kebab and trow the chips bcz they got cold! Thanks Pizza hut!"
