"I don't like writing bad reviews but last night was a bit much. Ordered a pizza just after 7pm last night. It took ages and AGES to be delivered. The status kept saying driver was on his way. When he arrived the pizza and potato wedges were stone cold and really gross. Never ordering again."

"Atrocious...utterly utterly atrocious. 2nd Order: Out of necessity I had to return to Dominoes. Took ages for the staff to acknowledge my existence, and after I made my order I was told my pizza would be ready in 10 mins. 23 mins later I ask where my pizza is, and why several people were served before me. Turns out my pizza was ready ages ago but they forgot to tell me. 1st Order: Very fun experience. I mean their food quality is worse that other places. And it costs a lot more. But at least I had to wait 5 minutes for the staff to acknowledge me before I could make my order. An order that I had to wait outside in the cold for several minutes to collect."

"TERRIBLE service. Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered a pizza around 12am, driver called, by the time I went downstairs (max 5 min as I have plenty of doors and elevator to go through) the driver was gone and customer service said ‘driver waited too long’. Re-ordered, then waited OUTSIDE for the driver to not miss it. Driver NEVER came, customer service told us to ‘please answer the phone’, no one called, no driver showed up. What.a.joke. Don’t bother ordering after 11pm."

"The worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery service EVER. Me and my friends ordered 3 pizzas at around 12am. After accidentally missing the delivery drivers phone call, we contacted the pizza place and they said they’d send the order back to us. An hour passes and nothing comes. We call them again. After being put on hold for like 20 minutes they told us they would remake the order and deliver it to us. Spoiler alert: they didn’t! We called them again, having to use 3 different mobile phones because it looked like they blacklisted the original number. They told us they would remake it AGAIN, and they actually delivered the pizzas to us this time, at 3AM!!! So 3 hours after ordering, we finally got our food. This is absolutely disgraceful and this isn’t the first time me and my friends have had mishaps with this pizza place. We were left angry and upset and I DO NOT recommend this Domino’s to anyone who actually wants their food to arrive on time!"
