"Horrible experience ... ordered via the app . delivery took an hour and 20 mins. Tried phoning store a few times but no answer .the app indicated the message that the order was out for delivery for 35 mins . When driver did finally arrive he phoned and asked if we still wanted order . YES was the answer but he drove away regardless . I Had to drive to the store and collect myself. I was fuming and unimpressed to say the least that I had to drive to store after waiting 1 hrs 20 mins at 4:25 am ! Staff in shop were understanding and professional in fairness , but , their driver ?"
