"Omg First and last time I will ever use this Pizza Hut Waiting on hour for food to be delivered. Rang to be told it would be another 45 mins before it would be with us , no phone call to say they had no drivers and that they are very busy. I could have drove down to collect if we knew, I drove by to see how busy they where and staff out smoking at the front door. Very disappointing. Shame on you Pizza Hut."

"I've ordered from here loads of times and never had an issue until the last two times. The second last time we received someone else's order so our correct order took ages to come. The last time, the 9 inch pizza was missing from the order. I had ordered a 9 inch pizza meal deal and a 7 inch pizza. When I rang to complain the woman on the phone didn't understand what was going on so passed me over to a really rude man. He first of all told me that the 7 inch pizza was the pizza from the meal deal, which it wasn't. He then tried to tell me it was my fault because I never added toppings for the 9 inch, which I had because I had a copy of the on the app. Then I asked for the pizza to be delivered and he said he would just give me store credit for my next order. So I asked if I could just get the pizza delivered and he eventually hesitantly agreed. So I asked if he wanted me to tell him the toppings but he magically had them on the order in front of him by that point. He honestly couldn't have been ruder"

"In one half, veg supreme they just served mushroom, peppers and tomatoes. Other half they just served buffalo chicken instead of fajita chicken and few olives for decoration. The cheat masters for making money. Bloody disgrace"

"I usually order pizza hut because I prefer their pizza and especially their cheesy garlic bread over other places. I received burnt garlic bread tonight. Very disappointed and it's put me off ordering from here again. Whoever is on duty to "cook" tonight needs a lesson in timers and knowing how long to cook something as simple as garlic bread, for.
