"I ordered my last ever Pizza from this place tonight. When it first opened in the area it was fantastic. A big cut above apache/domino’s. Nice ingredients, super thin base, just how we like it. Pricey, €6-7 more expensive than the big chains but worth it. Extras very expensive, like €2 just to get a sprinkling of onion on a pizza. However, over the last year, as it had got busier the quality has in our opinion gone Downhill. You wait for upwards of 1-1.5 hours for something that’s often either cold or just overdone. Tonight, after a wait of over an hour, we received a pizza that’s actually burnt on half of it. Not just a blackened base, actually black pepperoni/chorizo on top. I rang to point this out and they said they needed to get the pizza back to give us a credit. I sit here waiting for a replacement that I don’t even want at this stage, but I know it’s the last pizza I will ever order from this outlet. When it’s done we’ll, it’s worth the money but IMO they just cannot cope with the demand and are chucking out substandard stuff that doesn’t justify the price any more."
"Definitely the nicest pizza in Dublin. Staff are also really nice and service was quick which made for a really positive experience."
"Waiting 85 mins for a pizza so I call to check on my order only to be informed that they haven't even started making it yet! Very frustrating. Won't be ordering again"
"33 euro for a miserable cold pizza with chillies and 2 ice cream cookies. The receipt clearly states no chillies. Delivered 1.5 hour after ordering. They tried to deliver earlier and when I missed call no one considered knocking on the door. Absolute waste"
"Can't fault the Diabolo Pizza but can't forgive a slimy and rotten Caesar Salad. Making pizza is the difficult bit, sorting rotten leaves from an overpriced salad? Spoilt the whole thing. Tourist so "terribly sorry, come back for a discount" not good enough. Very poor show and cancels out any pretentions to authentic pizzeria. What a shame Do better. ADDENDUM: just noticed it wasnas complicated as sorting leaves; should've just slinged it. Bad, bad, bad. Don't buy food from these people."
