"This store always has a good selection of products. However, as an Aquarist myself working in the industry. I'd never go here for Aquarium Fish. The staff are not trained, and I'm fully aware they're treated 3 times a week every week with different treatments, so their immunity is lost. Efforts should be focused on quality water and superior filtration."

"Great pets at home, with all the features you would expect with groom room and vets 4 pets. Our puppy had a little accident but their cleaning station made it super easy to clear up his little accident. The stock range is great and always has what we need with the option to do an easy repeat makes getting our puppy fed super easy. Visit often and will keep on visiting"

"I use to shop there a lot but went into there today for some parrot food and what a disappointing selection they had. Asked a member of staff where is was and she just pointed to a corner of the shop and could not find it when we did it was an end of a shelf. Then went to the till and one person was on with a massive queue so we decided to leave it and go somewhere else. If u own cats dogs or small animals u will be fine but if u want parrot food or toys don't bother. Such a shame use to love shopping there."

"Staff friendly and very knowledgeable. The grooming and vet areas are ways busy, never seen this before in another pets at home, which means they are really good. My only down it is at the checkout. Every time I have been doing shopping, the queue and waiting time is very long. One checkout operator is not enough. It could be very helpful is they train more staff as queue busters. For this reason I have them only 4 stars, sorry."
