"DONT USE THIS USELESS PEOPLE. booked 6 journeys in total with one week week in advance. The first journey of the 6 the driver was late 20 mins. There is no sense of responsibility at all. Customer service did not bother. Just hang up. DONT USE IT. Reply to your answer: You said 15 to 20mins late because is in traffic. Yes you were not bother with it and hang up. Absolutely I was upset because I booked in advance and you guys not on time. If would be 5 mins wouldn’t be an issue but 20mins it is. You can now deal with your driver, because if he knows has to be there at certain time he need to leave home earlier or at least call you customer and let them know.l he will be late. That calls customer service."
"Prebooked taxi from train station as needed to get to a dentist appointment near derriford. Received a confirmation message with a number on which I called when I arrived at the station to see where they were. I was told there was no record of my booking and hung up on. I then checked my app and could see it had been cancelled without letting me know. Luckily there are taxis at the station so I could still get to my appointment. Won’t be using again."
