"It seems that once you manage to get hold of one they are doing a good job (according to other reviews). I have tried to get a taxi with them for days reaching out to them to book ahead, messages stayed unanswered for days, eventually got a unprofessional reply telling me to book on the day, day of the booking, tried, unanswered. Maybe they are actually good when Covid is not around but at the moment, that is just very poor quality customer service !"
