"I needed an airport taxi drop off for Exeter airport for my mother and aunt, both who needed help getting into the airport. I picked Alpha Cars because of the great reviews that they had, and in particular, asked for Jason, who sounded very helpful indeed. Honestly couldnt have been happier with what he did. Really good communication beforehand, and on the day itself. On time, everything was made very easy. On arrivaly at the airport, Jason got as close as he could and then helped them inside the building, made sure that they were ok and was incredibly helpful, courteous and a thoroughly good person. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. Very reasonable price too - would have expected the journey and assistance to cost a lot more. "I have used this taxi company for 3 long journeys now. One from Exeter to Plymouth and then from Plymouth to Southampton and Southampton back to Plymouth. All 3 occasions they arrived on time, very friendly, clean cars and fortunately happy to stop off so I could have a fag break. The prices are fantastic compared to most taxi companies. It was very easy to book, was kept updated continuously and only booked a few days in advance (due to myself being very unorganised). I couldn't find a fault even if I tried. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, especially women travelling alone or nervous passengers."

"Well….was due to go to Bristol airport but the car broke down the night before. We were absolutely stuck and quietly resigned ourselves to not having our holiday. That was until I spoke to Jason! He went above and beyond to get us to the airport, nothing was too much effort for him at all. He assigned us a lovely driver (Rui) who was punctual, polite and got us to the airport on time.
