"Booked a taxi in advance, requested a slot, they said that the could only do a slot 10 minutes before that time. I agreed with the time proposed, no problem. I also received a confirmation text. The time came, no taxi! Thought it might just be delayed. Waited a while. Still no taxi. Tried to call the number, more than 60 times. It was engaged. When I finally connected, I was on hold for more than 25 minutes. Guess what?? The taxi never showed! Shocking service, no contact to say that the booked cab was no longer coming. Would never use again - not that I used them this time either because it never turned up!"
"Rang at 8am and booked taxis for 10 people for the night and was told would be here for 7. Was told would be 20 minutes late which is fine. We tried to call 4 times on the phone we booked on and no one answered. We then called on a different number and someone answered. Was then told that no taxis were coming as one was broken down. Then was hung up on. Would only recommend if you want to be let down then hung up on when you call and ask where the taxi is you booked xx"
