"I can’t thank Karen and the team at Design House for the fantastic job they did with my kitchen. I had a few different companies come out who said the job was doable and I never heard from them again. Not Karen. Karen arranged an appointment to come out and have a look at my kitchen as I wanted this it moved from one side of the room to another and didn’t even know it was possible. My fears were put aside after meeting with Karen. Karen took the hassle out of the whole thing for me. I had electricians, plumbers and skimmers all organised by Karen who were all great and came in and done the work without any issues. A few days later, she had me down to the showroom and showed me the plans that were created for me, she had my worktop and accessories all picked out with appliances. She advised what would go and what wouldn’t and once I agreed with everything, work started a few days later and I was delighted with the overall finish of my kitchen. I couldn’t recommend Karen and Design House enough for the job they did. By doing my kitchen, they have now turned my house into a home where me and my son love to eat family meals together. "Kitchen design house have rebranded to Design house group. Please do not buy a kitchen from here! I spent a lot of money on a kitchen that came delivered with 90% of the doors chipped. Karen (owner) said it was the fitters fault but her dad who works there came out and admitted that unfortunately it was their machine that done it. She posted me out new doors but said she was not getting someone to fit them because I left a bad review :) even though I’d just spent £800 on a fitter to fit the chipped ones that were supplied first, I have finally just got the integrated washing machine door put on and it’s too small for the carcass!!! So looks absolutely shocking I will be emailing Karen about this but I already know by her attitude to customers that she’ll not take anything to do with this and I’ll be left with a terrible looking kitchen: I should also mention I got a bathroom unit made off Karen which she delivered to no 21, I am no 13 and she told me we would need to go and get it back ourselves lol. Absolutely shocking company please do not waste your money here as once she has your money she has no respect for customers :) (She also owns kitchen supply house, you’ll see my full review there )"

"From looking at their website, Design House Group is affiliated with Kitchen Design House. I had a very negative experience with them and would advise potential customers to be wary. When you spend a lot of money on a kitchen, supplied from a company, you expect respect as a customer and attention to detail. You get neither."
