"If I could I will give 0 stars! I don’t know how lots of people said the staff was helpful! Yesterday I visited Homebase for the first time and that is because I needed a jigsaw for my doors and it was the only place in town that had them on stock so I headed there,it took me about an hour to get to the store. When I got there and the jigsaw I wanted ,SRK 632427 ,wasn’t on the shelf even tho appeared to be in stock. A member of the staff confirmed that it was on stock,but the products are on the warehouse and I should come back in 2 days to get it because this is when it should be on the shelf. Like,in 2 days?? Seriously,Homebase?? I left there very disappointed! If I wanted a product in 2 days I would order it online (thing I’ve done bought it from Amazon where it was £5 cheaper too). So yeah, 0 ⭐️ service from Homebase team! So if you see something on stock that you want don’t go there call first or click and collect because the stuff won’t help you in store!!"
