Reviews
"Needed to pick up some material. I am 74 years old and had had minor surgery 8 days previously, so my wife was worried about me lifting anything. Checked B&Q website, which states 'Free delivery for purchases over £75'. I spent £192. Store staff then told me the delivery would cost £30. Typical B&Q. Like their vouchers, which are never honoured due to a technicality. Will go to a local builders' supply merchant from now on."
"Would rate 5 as I visit quite a bit, but yesterday I had to ask a member of staff for the location of a product that was on the website as in stock 55 available to be precise. The member of staff was not very welcoming and when he brought me to the location, he just pointed. The items were on the far side of the store still on a pallet, and I got the feeling that he thought I had just not looked hard enough. I usually have a good experience at this store and yesterday was just a bit of a let down."
"Pretty cool place. It was like a copy of The Home Depot though. They need a better selection of quality tools from what I saw. Cool to see in a different country though."
