"Went into the showroom and counted 5 staff members with no customers. No one could help us as we didn’t have an appointment yet the 5 staff members continued to chat, with their hands literally in their pockets, as we left. One staff member made us feel like a nuisance as we hadn’t booked an appointment in advance and informed us that nobody could help us without pre-booking an appointment. He didn’t offer to book us an appointment at another time. So if you want to go to a place with unhelpful staff who make you feel uncomfortable go here. We will never be back. If I could rate 0 stars I would."
