"They are not good very rude to the customer their engineer came for 1 minute and took the pictures of the TV and left he was very rude when he entered felt like he was not in the mood is it because am Asian being racist towards me and going telling their staff to not to answer my calls. They been hanging up on me and very loud and rude behavior. I'm not telling them repair because it comes straight from the Samsung he made the fake report of the TV stating its cracked and damaged screen and told me 500 plus the vat charges. Where they is nothing on the top of the screen its inside the screen where lines appearing it just been a month i jad the TV but no one helping and telling the cause. I recommend this service is the worst"

"Couldn't fault the service I received right the way from initial phone call to book my soundbar for repair all the way until it was delivered back. Repair was within the 5-10 working day period as stated on website which included ordering what appears to be a brand new subwoofer for my soundbar. A total of 3 weeks was the turnaround but thats due to having to arrange it being delivered back to my home address as I'm not local(not the companies fault) All was well packaged and protected when delivered back to me which I was delighted with. Would use again if needed"

"These guys are truly amazing. Diagnosed my problem on the phone, told me that the TV issue was likely to be a known fault with a power board inside and that if I called Sony, I could get it repaired for free outside of warranty, despite the fact that they would have lost my business in me doing so. I called Sony and insisted these guys repaired it for me. They came out, took the TV apart in my house, installed a replacement board in 10 minutes and sorted the rest with Sony, despite the fact that they were no longer the official Sony repair partner for the area anymore. If these guys didnt step up to the plate to go above and beyond for me, the customer, I would have been left with £150 bill and 2 separate drives to the nearest Sony repairer, which is 60 miles away. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Gogglebox! Such nice guys too!"

"Absolutely dishonest company! Samsung requested a repair for my soundbar by gogglebox. Goglebox called me that they had repaired the soundbar, but they did not test it before and after the repair, which immediately made me anxious. They told me they contacted samsung and samsung gave them instructions to change the frequency. After two days, they gave me the soundbar back. They didn't give me any receipts and guarantee. They informed me and the samsung company that they had repaired the soundbar. They lied. I have made a complaint with samsung and traiding standard. Samsung requested another repair, they gave me a reference number for repair. I contacted the goglebox again for another repair, but they refused it. They sent me to the store where I bought it. I again complained to samsung that the goglebox does not want to repair the soundbar because they say it is fixed. Samsung called the goglebox and said that the goglebox did not want to pick up the soundbar from my home or they did not let me deliver it to the service (6 minutes away from my Home). They said I had to send it to the store which is 5 hours from Bristol and they would pick it up from there. Malicious, rude useless people. Avoid this rogue service. Even the people of the John Lewis store who use it are very dissatisfied with goglebox's services. I am unpleasantly disappointed that this company still exist. The prosecution should take an interest in these scammers. I will inform them as well."

"100% positive, from the communications up front, collection, an excellent call from an engineer, who talked through the intermittent fault with the new Samsung TV, and a friendly pair of staff delivering the reapired TV more quickly than the 10 day limit I was given. They also supplied a power lead to demonstrate the the screen was working. Excellent from start to finish, and i would thoroughly recommend them. Great work Goggle Box, many thanks, Simon"
