"Rude! I wanted to order a taxi, and pressed the buzzer outside, I couldn't hear a thing, not even a beep, so I pressed it again and maybe again (maybe 2 or 3 times)... Suddenly, a man answered VERY rudely, he said how many times are you going to press the buzzer, I apologised and said very politely that I was sorry and that I didn't hear it, he said so if you didn't hear it why did you press it again, LOL woah, I literally walked away. Is this how they treat their customers?? I walked to town and caught a bus home. Thank you for saving me money guys. All the best. Edit: It was 06.01.21 at around 6:25pm."
