"I called the taxi company at 22:06 to book a taxi they said it would take 7 minutes to come at 22:07 exactly 52 seconds I called to cancel as my sister had come to drop me off. The operator was being very rude saying he’s going to block list me eventhough it was a genuine mistake. I’ve used this taxi company for years especially in my high school days however because of the rude service that I got today it has put me off. The guy was shouting on the call.
