"Ordered a taxi for my little brother would’ve given him some cash before hand, if they said on the phone he had to pay before the journey started that would’ve been fine. A joke to be honest, the taxi driver couldn’t of cared less, he’s now sat outside waiting in the cold, what a waste of time won’t be ordering from power again"
"Booked a taxi for 6.30pm, at 6.40pm nothing, rang them, they apologised and said one would be there in 5mins, 10 mins later nothing, rang another company, booked for immediate pickup, 10 mins later other company came.... Power carz never turned up, I rang and cancelled, complained,they refunded me. Never use them again...... Used in the past, issues with car they send, 4 cases to airport and get a small Toyota... Uninstalled app.... They are only 2 miles from me...."
"Walking passed 11655 power can today parked on double yellow lines having a cigarette opposite Best one in eccleshill around 2:30pm. Save to say I’ll avoid their service’s. I wouldn’t want my baby breathing in second hand smoke, and I wouldn’t be ok in a car being illegally parked."
