"Had to book two taxis for our group as no bus available, one fare £8.10. Other driver charged £9.50 for the exact same journey then got annoyed as change was asked for. Driver took a personal call during the trip then commenced using a string of foul language to describe the caller, this was in front of my wife's 14 year old daughter and her mother. This firm is a disgrace and best avoided."
"Never using this service again. Went today and asked for a taxi into town and they guy said we have non available and the next one will come in 30 minutes. I asked him for another firms number so I could call them because I was getting late for an interview. He nods and decides to call some random woman and ignores me until I walk out. Crappy service. Crappy people. Overall horrible customer service. DO NOT USE"
