They went back in last week to purchase a small coffee table and were told £10 for delivery, youd think for £250 it would be free, but yeah ok. But then...... thats only to the doorstep, its an extra £19 to take it through the door . Absolute disgrace, ripping off old people especially when they just spent £1000s would definitely think twice before shopping their.."
"Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered Sofas back in April (It's December now), the initial delivery had a broken Sofa. This was then replaced with a Sofa that did not match the colour of the other original Sofa and after 8 months of back and forth, 3 cancelled deliveries and spending literally hours on the phone to customer services, we decided we had enough and cancelled the order. Avoid Oak Furnitureland at all costs."

As a company why sell a sofa that will not fit through a standard door, it wouldn't even fit through our disabled size front door. They then had the cheek to say we had got to pay them £119.00 to take it back. Avoid this shop at all cost's."
