"I bought two turkish bed settees costing £600. Absolutely rubbish service and very bad quality furniture. Within 6 months the armrest were falling off. At the time of selling they promise a lot, when you complain about furniture quality they say they can't do anything and they tell you to go to another company Majlis upholstery for repairs on settees. I will be contacting Trading Standards about them. Please do not buy any furniture of them, it's better to buy from big English company rather than this shop."

"Was sold a broken double bed base with mattress. They kept telling me they would ring me back. After myself ringing them they replaced the broken draw with a draw that did not fit properly. It was a draw from a different base. It was spare one the had lying around. The guy who delivered it refused to take it back and said it looks fine. Its pathetic.. they sell broken goods and cant even replace whats broken. Dont trust these guys, there just after your money, you may think those price cuts to make you buy the products is good but you will realise its because the quality is cheap."

"Never Buy from this place!! I dont even know how people are giving this place a good review, Must be the owners. This place deserves 0 stars, they are a total rip off, they buy unwanted furniture, damaged, ex display etc then they sell it with discount, then there’s you thinking you got a bargain, even though you are still not paying a small amount, then they keep these delivery drivers that come and fix it, who are very unprofessional, come to peoples house and act like its there house, after you see the furniture you will be shocked. The so called manager said to me they come like that, the Uk wood finish is like that, trying to butter me up, he promised me end of the month when he gets stock he will exchange for me, but no answer, he acts like his not the boss on the phone, on top of that gets other women to talk, they are so unprofessional, All i can say is I have had the worst experience, I will not even for abit recommend this place, unless you want damaged furniture, your better of buying second hand goods if you going to buy from there. This place is still there today, only because they are cheating people and getting away with it, now the rest is upto you people who want to still go and get ripped off! I hardly review places, even when i have a bad time because I know I wont go back, and when I havn’t spent money like that, but this one place that made me look like a joke, as though i am stupid, and still not rectifying their mistake when they know there wrong!"

"Was sold a broken sofa and broken base (base was broken by the old angry driver), phoned in the next day and no replacement was given. Waste of £600. Will not be returning. I red these reviews on here and noticed Nasir and the good reviews are the people who own/work there.. just shows they need to put their own review on their own business because the truth about this place is too revealing."
