"I Ordered the Versailles coffee table , tv unit, telephone table, mirrors and console table. ( through my Client Jean mclilhatton) Only items that should have passed quality assurance was the telephone table and mirrors. Glue was on all parts off coffee Table mirror and the shelving for tv unit quality assurance must have been passed by Stevie wonder. I have pictures to back up the comments, due to the extremely poor customer service in relation to the delivery of the items.(3 days when ordering but almost 4 weeks to delivery) I won’t be wasting my time spending hours trying to reach their customer services to complain."

"This is a dreadful company to deal with. I ordered a sideboard in October and the proviso was that it would be delivered before christmas. I was assured it would be delivered 2 weeks before Christmas. Two weeks ago ago I called them to find out where my order was and was told it would be delivered to them on 7 December and out for deliver to me on 14th. 14th came and went and no contact from them. Phoned them again ( having already sent 5 emails which were ignored) and they said it would be delivered to them on 21st December, quite clearly not in time to be delivered to me before Christmas. I sent more emails, all of which were ignored, tried phoning and had the phone put down on me. I would not recommend this company for anything."

"I placed the order in August and was told the order will be delivered to the warehouse on 10th Sep. Every time I called the customer service and was given different answers (different delivery date and also fake answers). They lied to me that the product arrived, however after weeks of waiting for delivery date, and then I called them again, I was told the products are not yet arrived which is really really annoying. They product still hasn’t delivered yet. Staffs are really rude, and not listening to customer over the phone. Please remember to ask them send you email after each phone, because they always claims that there was nobody spoke to me and the information I got was incorrect. Don’t trust this company, and they basic hang up the call if they don’t want to speak to you, what a rude customer service."

"The table lamps arrived in a timely fashion and we are pleased with them but they charged us twice for them and getting the refund back proved time consuming and tedious. If you take a look a trustpilot others have had similar experiences. Furntastic needs to improve in this area. Would I use them again? No - Not after my own personal experience."
