"Absolutely shocking service from this seller. I brought a security camera from Amazon, it didn’t work so I sent it back. Only received a partial refund as the seller has alleged I’ve returned it with parts missing and the cables being unsellable. I returned the cables in the same condition I received, in the original box, packaging etc. to top it off he claims the resolution was too high for the monitor I used, baring in mind he didn’t even ask or check with me what monitor I was using, he doesn’t even know the make or model of the monitor I used. When I questioned him his reply was well you didn’t give me a chance to as you opened a return on Amazon (Amazon explained this is the process and we’re the one who did this). So it’s clear he has made a pack of lies to avoid giving me a refund. Avoid this company completely people otherwise you will be out of pocket for no fault of your own. I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews but when someone has made a pack of lies to profit from your return, I find it absolutely shocking. Looks like this is common from Google reviews"
