Thought I’d bought a nice new product at a slightly discounted price only to find it was a low grade different item that had been wrongly advertised. Travelled a good distance to collect. No customer service, no offer of a different product only to be told mistakes happen. However their mistake cost me money in travel etc when I was looking to save money."
"Ordering our Smeg cooker was very easy, and being ex-showroom was very good value for money. The cooker arrived on the day it was supposed to and also it arrived a little early. The young delivery driver was polite and helpful getting the cooker into the house."

"The only reason I didn’t give 5* was the fact I received an email to say I was the 2nd delivery of the day 6-30 am … and that the driver would need help in taking appliances into my home . Being a single female I did feel nervous re “ helping “ as at that time of the day as was reluctant to ask for help . However the guy who delivered my appliances was fantastic and obviously very strong as he managed to get my range cooker into my property with no help . "Bought a brand new SMEG microwave. They clearly sent me a 'second'. Item was damaged. They refused refund and refused replacement. I am now pursuing a chargeback with my bank. JESS was extremley rude on the phone and via email. Terrible customer service. Buyers beware.. DO NOT USE. SCAM ARTISTS. After now reading the reviews I see they do this to everyone. AVOID THIS COMPANY."
