"Absolutely brilliant! I purchased my machine last month and wanted to make sure that it worked properly before writing a review. A friend recommended Affordable Appliances to me as I need a washing machine. I went in with my daughter and viewed some of the machines on offer.The sales team (a gentle man and a lady) asked me general questions inc how many washes I do a week ect. and directed me to a mid-priced machines that suited all my needs. They even showed me how to operate the self clean button as the instruction booklet was not clear. I was not pressurised into buying anything and they were happy for us to go have a cuppa to discuss the machines that I was interested in and to take look on line to see if I could find them any cheaper. They even gave me photo copies of the machines that I was interested in!! Their prices were better than anywhere else!! I returned and paid for the washing machine I wanted and it was delivered and fitted on the Wednesday! ( Visited the shop on the Monday) (They even took my broken machine alway) all for a very reasonable fee!! Machine is working brilliantly! Thank you for your excellent customer service!"
