"Great instructors and personal"
"After waiting ages for some activities to open up, we were happy to sign up for sensory play for a 2 year old. We were refused since I’m not a parent, but a nanny, which I would understand if they wouldn’t have hyped us up, promised that it will be available for everyone. I tried to speak to the manager of the place Sadia, who wouldn’t even let me finish what I wanted to say so I hung up (I know it’s a bit rude from my end as well but can’t stand when I keep being interrupted) After that, Sadia called me back and proceeded to educate me about how I should do my job, shouldn’t be payed as a nanny if I want to take part of third party activities etc raising her voice, again not listening to me at all. If I knew where to report Sadia from management, I’d happily do so."
"Wonderful place! Lots of activities for families with under 5s! Staff are professional and super friendly. A lifesaver for new mums! Highly recommend!! There is also a nursery here. My youngest son attended the nursery and he made lots of friends and loved it! The nursery staff are lovely and the classrooms clean and premises overall were outstanding!!"
"I don't know about stay and play but the nursery is terrible .I sent my daughter here for about a week before I removed her . I witnessed staff being off Hand with the children and my child was not properly cared for ."
"Raza, head of stay and play is VERY rude! Has managed to tell me off both times I've taken my daughter to the centre. And I'm polite and say no problem but then she continues to tell me off like I'm one of the children. The centre is free but I pay my council taxes in this area and don't need Civil servants with power trips talking to me like I'm a moron and working for them. She asks too many questions and I find her intolerable. It makes me sad as my daughter loves coming but I refuse to be treated unfairly! Her job is to make parents and children feel comfortable and she makes me feel very uncomfortable!"
