"My girlfriend and I have just returned from the experience and we had a wonderful time. This isn’t called ‘Stranger Things: You’re Going to Experience Everything and Actually Get Super Powers’, so as long as you enjoy it for what it is, you’ll have a great time. I’d liken it to F R I E N D S Fest. The actors are great, and have a good sense of wit about them. The sets are brilliant, and the little cameos from the main gang are a nice touch. The merchandise and food area at the end provide great photo opportunities, and the actors running the shops and stands remain in character, it’s great. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves greatly. ☺️"
"Great immersive experience which was over too soon (just under an hour). Actors and staging are very good and 3D part is fun. The entertainment area is fantastic, with sets and props from the show. Staff are super helpful and will take photos for you. Merchandise and food are VERY expensive, which is a shame. The whole event is wheelchair accessible and disabled toilets are available in the entertainment area."
"Overall for me personally I definitely don't think ut was worth the money, but it was worth it because my daughter had an amazing time. I felt the experience itself was over quite quick, would've been nice to last longer. The actors however were brilliant and did make you feel immersed. My daughter was well impressed by the 3D aspect at the end. It wasn't really scary at all for me or my 9 year old, so definitely appeals to any age audience if you scare easily. One quibble but also bonus is that I paid a bit cheaper for a later time slot, but they let us in early. So if you're paying extra for an earlier time slot it's technically cheeky that they let late slots in earlier. It worked out for us though as we didn't have to wait around in London as long. The queue moved quite quickly too so definitely not worth doing VIP, the gift you get isn't really worth it. The mix tape area was really cool but again fairly small so you couldn't spend too long there. We got extortionate ice cream and all the prices of merchandise was way over priced too. £20 for a mug for example. Not really a very affordable experience for everyone really. I guess I'd you're a mega mega fan you may have appreciated it more then I did, but overall definitely not value for money, but was good seeing my daughter happy."
"This is the most incredible experience I had in London in a long time.. and I recently did two secret cinema. But this is just sooo good. Everything is very well curated, the sound, the visual effect. Super recommended if you are a fan. Well done to the actors there, credible, exhilarating, entertaining. Money well spent!! Loved it so much I wouldn't mind going again"
"Just an absolutely incredible experience for two obsessive fans. Everything about it way exceeded my expectations. It felt so authentic and genuine. All the details carefully thought about - this is not some cheap, knock-off attempt. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, willing to take photos at any time (and they were good ones, like they’d been trained to get the best shots). The actors really added to the experience. The sleep study was great fun, which I’ll not go into details so as not to spoil it but it was so much fun. The final part was a large room where you could buy merchandise and food. Again everything was designed brilliantly. There’s all the sets you’ll recognise from the show; Scoops Ahoy, Surfer Boy Pizza van, Joyce’s alphabet wall etc. warning - it is VERY expensive!!! If you’ve seen and love the show it is a must visit. Friends don’t lie!"
