"It is a great place to spend time with your little one/ones while your other half is their doing shopping or even in a recent movie such as Avatar or Wakanda Forever. :) i was staying with my 2 year old and here is my honest review. 1. Good facilities and great place to be in. However prices are a bit on the high side. But every it would be worth it. 2. The only issue i have found is a bit messy everywhere and not sure exactly what is going on exactly even though there are some schedules. Staffs seems overwhelmed or not interested. 3. The cleanness is not really well around play areas as well as around food areas. We had some meals but a chicken nuggets weren’t cooked properly. Sadly they are serving kids. 4. Overall it is okay and just need to know what to do or what to eat before you going in."
"We purchased tickets through a 3rd party company and were provided QR codes which didn’t work and caused some confusion. This in itself was quickly resolved and no problem. Might be worth educating more of the staff on how to use them. The day itself was brilliant, the kids walked around taking part in a lot of the activities and I think learned a lot. My 7 year old really bough into the concept of earning money she could spend doing the “jobs” and she had loads of fun doing it. My 4 year old struggled to understand the day however he got though the day and I think enjoyed himself. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the shop at the end. Firstly adults were not aloud in the shop where children can spend their “earnings”. Naturally my newly 4 year old son didn’t have a clue what he was doing and there was little support to help him. I was told I couldn’t go in so had to watch through a window whilst he was helplessly ignored by the staff staring at toys without prices and no idea how much was on his card, not that any of that would have made a difference to a child of his age. Until after a few comments made to the lady on the door, I had to storm in there and demand someone actually help him. It’s a real shame I had to end the day in that note because otherwise it was a brilliant day."
"Amazing idea, its really really good how they have made a little town for kids, we didn't know what to expect but the kids really really enjoyed themselves working to earn money, it gets quite packed of people and you can queue for 10-20 minutes to some of the activities but overall its a really fantastic idea of getting kids ready for work life. The jobs you can do are Police officer, firefighter, Paramedic, Surgeon, you can work in the bank, supermarket, hotel, as a vet the list goes on. Great day out for the kids."
"Visited today with 10 year old daughter. She was worried about me not being able to join her in the workplaces but staff were fantastic. They engaged brilliantly with her and as most workplaces have windows or open fronts she could see me and I could take great photos. She loved doing the jobs and being 'paid' on her card. The concept of Kidzania is brilliant. Teaching life skills and how you earn things by working hard is fab. We were warned when booking about a large number of school visits on the same day. This was true but the staff managed the queue jumping extremely well and at no point did I have to say anything to staff, and as a teacher that's quite something! I was very impressed. Also it meant as the school trips stopped for lunch and then left in the late afternoon it felt almost empty. My daughter managed to complete so many activities and waited probably a maximum of 10 minutes on a couple of occasions. The entry price is very reasonable and as parents of 8 and over do not have to stay that can make it even cheaper if parents wish. Well done Kidzania. We will definitely recommend you and we will most certainly return in the future."
