"We celebrated today our daughters 3rd birthday party and can highly recommend the place. From the beginning to the end received a really good service. The food was delicious and well presented. Big thank you to the entertainment team we had on the day - all of you were absolutely fantastic and managed to accommodate all of our requests."
"We have been members for many many years and it’s still one of our favourite places to hang out as a family - for food, a class, play dates or a quick after nursery play, it’s a total lifesaver. The staff and teachers are all so lovely and caring, the management are excellent and have become firm family friends and most importantly all my 3 kids (age 2,4,7) love it here. It’s like a second home for them and they’ve enjoyed it through different ages. And for parents and carers it’s a much needed break in a happy friendly place, not easy to find! And not to forget the birthday parties which are amazing! The only downside for me will be when the kids grow up and we have to leave"
"Joining Maggie&Rose has changed our lives. We can now have a coffee or eat something peacefully while our children enjoy playing with the rest of the children. Maggie&Rose provides a safe place for kids to play, so we can feel relaxed while they play. Also the coffee and the food are really good and the staff is very nice and friendly. Our children love coming every day!"
"Really poor communication and willingness to address issues at the family club. Treated as though we are not paying members for services such as classes. We have felt excluded on many occasions especially where dietary requirements are concerned. There is also a real lack of sustainability awareness and responsibility other than a few performative activities. I know it’s not an educational setting as such but would expect a members club to have a real grasp of important issues that can be fed to children and parents through their resources in a wholesome manner. Or at least respect families that do consider it to be important. Food is awful in the brasserie and after some discussions with staff, there has been no change. There are no organic options and less than 10% suitable for vegans with ‘omit’ options. They can’t even do basics such as veggie burgers. I’ve had to pack our stuff, leave the club to have lunch and feed my daughter at times as you’re not able to bring in any food (even though they cannot cater for our dietary needs). Admin staff often have made errors for bookings and causing inconvenience to my guests. No apology received from management. My daughter has enjoyed her time at the club in the play area but it’s just the same old. Classes are excellent and the teachers are great. Rachel in particular goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and our daughter loves spending time with her. Sadly, she is leaving this month. Overall, it is an enjoyable space but the staff need to do much better. Note, I wouldn’t describe them as unfriendly as such but more unwilling to take on feedback, implement change and offer apologies when needed. I can note an incident that the manager did fail to have a chat with me about my daughter having her hair pulled by two girls as their parents were not checking in on play time. Disappointing!"
"Very poor also awful management. Please be especially careful when you decide to send your little ones to this branch."
