"Finally have come around to writing a review on this awful nursery! Where do I even begin. My son does not even attend this nursery we went for a tour in November and I was not even planning to place him here based on what I saw on the tour. Ratios were DEFINITELY not being kept. I saw hazards left, right and center I wanted to run out of there and not look back UNTIL right at the end of the tour when the horrible lady at reception and someone else (who came from the heads office but they will not confirm if it was the head or not) came barging out RUNNING SCREAMING At my little 2 year old FOR BANGING ON A RABBIT CAGE! 1) Do not keep pets at a nursery if you are not prepared for what toddlers and kids might do or if you are not prepared to teach them properly how to care for animals NOT SCREAM AT THEM 2) All staff members should be trained in how to GENTLY deal with toddlers and children absolutely awful people who work there would not even apologise when I went back the next day to speak on it instead they became very rowdy and rolled their eyeballs. Nasty human beings my son to this day is so scared of this nursery. Spoke to the headteacher as well another awful lady didn't want to acknowledge my complaints not to mention me telling her how they just let random food delivery men enter the building when there's loads of innocent vulnerable children in the building she did not want to hear it she kept ending the meeting. I had many other points to make. To end it all the HEAD of this nursery does not even understand BASIC English. When I proceeded to tell her the way they speak to children is ANIMALISTIC her response was "animalistic is not a word" This is the HEAD of this place! OUR KIDS DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS!!!"
"I was very much dissatisfied with the care my child received. After looking at reviews and ofsted reports revealing outstanding, I was adamant that my child attend this practice. Unfortunately it couldn’t have been further then the truth. I believe it was amazing. Emphasis on the WAS. Due to this nursery joining another school, there is no funding or even enough staff. The ratio was never kept. And my child was left in wet clothes for the entire duration that he was there despite filling in medical card with his triggers. They would change him just before I arrived to pick him up. As soon as I realised this, I took him out. I did speak to the headteacher who kindly called me back to discuss things and set up a meeting but I didn’t see the need as we decided to change nurseries."
"Outsatanding nursery ever my son with special needs attends and my 2 years toddler both love the nursery.Amazing and excellent teachers and staffs .Wish it was a primary school too x"
"An outstanding facility for early years education. Our two sons attended this nursery and I am of the firm belief that they could not have gone to a better place to start their journey in education. The staff are all 100% dedicated, well trained and delightful to engage with. The facilities are thorough, diverse, clean and meaningful, the whole operation is so well thought out from start to finish. I genuinely felt like a kid again the 1st time I visited. They have vast outdoor areas, play apparatus, a music room, chill out room, computers, everything a 3 or 4 year.old could dream of! If you are in the catchment area of this nursery, you owe it to your child to check it out, you won't be disappointed."
"Excellent nursery. Our son stayed only one year (Sept 2016 to July 2017). I cannot thank enough the teachers and all the staff for the amazing job they have done. Tips: applications to the nursery should be done once the child turns two. You should call to book a visit to the school. You will then be given all the necessary documents to fill out. Breakfast club (8:15-9:15) and afternoon club available (15:15-16:30, £3). Forest school every two weeks (I think), my child loved it!"
