"Staycation holidays took a double payment for my holiday two weeks apart causing me unnecessary stress and sorting out with numerous phone calls/email. It came about when I enquired my refundable deposit. After returning from my holiday. I asked about my deposit. The man said actually I haven’t paid for my holiday yet and I was absolutely baffled. Before I could reply (5 min later) he took the money again without my authorisation. I tried calling at least 5 times and couldn’t get through. I sent texts and an email. By this time I’m fuming and expecting the worst. Long story short. I eventually got my refund but will never ever use this booking agent again."
